The relationship doesn’t stop once a sale is made. Our team across Western Canada prides itself on bringing bottom up research that stems from analyzing the competitive market, customer feedback from both store level and head office, and grass roots experience.
We have a dedicated retail team, with reps covering all of Western Canada, from Victoria to Thunder Bay. The field team calls on banner and independent stores in Grocery, Mass, Club, and Drug & Specialty. Our team has become specific in-store champions with increased call frequencies, strong customer relationships, timely feedback, and distribution reports. What sets us apart from other agencies and sales outsourcing companies is that our team has the dedicated time to ‘hunt’ vs. ‘farm’, sell cases, build displays, and ensure that these areas are gold standard and market ready.
Our web-based software ensures that the flow of communication never stops. With this system, we can identify distribution and pricing, check facings, in-stock status, shelf tags, and competitive info.
This allows us to drill down by store, banner, and region, to gain insights into opportunities and gaps in the market.
Communication is rampant between Account Managers and our retail team. We make sure that information is flowing between our whole company on a weekly basis. Our Field communication is sent out monthly to all reps, to ensure they are aware of all priorities, promotions, requests, and competitive info.
Each rep completes an executive report that summarizes their insights at store level on a weekly basis. Complete with photos, specific comments, and competitive information, we can harness all info from the ‘feet on the street’.
